Care for Older and Unusual Homes
Older homes need a careful approach. Uneven walls, delicate brickwork, thatch, tall chimneys and bays all affect how a scaffold is designed and tied in.
With over 30 years in the trade, we plan every scaffold around the building, not the other way round, so the work can be done safely without putting the property at risk.

Tidy, Safe and Considerate
We know it's your home. Our team keeps sites tidy, pads poles where people walk, sets scaffold on boards to protect surfaces, and keeps doors and paths usable wherever possible.
- Free, no-obligation quotes
- Same-day estimates where possible
- Standard 6-week hire, tailored to your job
- Pavement licences arranged for you
- Scaffolds inspected while in use
- £10 million public liability insurance

Scaffolding for Solar Panel Installs
Solar installers need safe access to the roof and edge protection while panels are fitted. We provide roof-level scaffolds with guard rails and toe boards, erected ahead of the installers and removed promptly when they've finished.
We work directly with homeowners and with solar installation companies.
Domestic Scaffolding FAQs
How long can I keep the scaffolding up?
Our standard hire period is 6 weeks, but we'll tailor it to your job and confirm it in your quote. If the work runs over, just let us know and we can extend it.
Do I need permission from my neighbours?
If the scaffold needs to stand on, or overhang, a neighbour's property, you'll need their permission first. We're happy to talk the layout through with you and your neighbours before we start.
Will the scaffold damage my garden or driveway?
We set every standard on boards and base plates to spread the load, pad poles where people pass, and take care around lawns, borders and paving. We'll talk you through the layout before we start.
Do I need a licence if the scaffold goes on the pavement?
Yes. If any part of the scaffold sits on a public road or pavement, a licence is needed from the local highways authority. We can arrange this for you.
How much does scaffolding cost?
Scaffolding prices depend on the height and length of the scaffold, how long you need it, access to the property, and whether a pavement licence is needed. Our standard hire is 6 weeks. Send us your postcode and a few photos and we'll give you a free, fixed quote, often the same day.
How quickly can you quote?
We offer same-day estimates wherever possible. Send us a few photos through the quote form or by email and we can often price the job without a visit.
