Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Falcon UK Scaffolding Ltd, trading as Falcon Scaffolding ("we", "us"), uses the personal information you give us through this website. Last updated: September 2026.

Who we are

Falcon UK Scaffolding Ltd, Thaxted, Essex. Email: info@falconscaffolding.com. Phone: 07884 265693.

What we collect

When you send a quote request or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, the postcode of the job and a description of the work. If you email us photos, we keep those with your enquiry.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To arrange, carry out and invoice any work you ask us to do.
• To meet our legal, insurance and health and safety obligations.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Quote forms on this website are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service. Your information may also be shared with services we use to run the business (such as email and accounting software), and with authorities where we're legally required to, for example when applying for a scaffold licence for your job.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't lead to work for up to 12 months. Where we carry out work, we keep records for as long as needed for legal, tax and insurance purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@falconscaffolding.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and advertising measurement

We advertise on Google. This website uses the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure whether a visit from one of our adverts leads to an enquiry, such as sending the quote form or tapping our phone number. This helps us stop spending money on adverts that do not work. We also use Google Analytics to count how many people visit the site and which pages they look at.

Advertising and analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, Google receives only basic, cookieless signals that do not identify you. Your choice is saved in your browser; to change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again.

Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
